Returns & Exchanges

Every Naavi piece leaves us having been quality checked by hand. But if something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Pierced Items

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any pierced jewellery. This includes earrings of all styles. We hope you understand. It's a policy we hold to protect every customer.

Faulty Items

We take quality seriously. Every piece is inspected before it leaves us. However, if your item arrives with a defect, we want to hear from you.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel at hello@naavijewels.com with the following:

Your order number
A clear photo of the defect
A brief description of the issue

We will offer an exchange on faulty items. Refunds will be considered where required.

A Note on Handcrafted Pieces

Naavi Jewels are handcrafted by skilled artisans, which means each piece carries its own subtle character. Slight natural variations in stone colour, texture, or finish are not defects. They are what make your piece one of a kind.
