Who We Are

Naavi Jewels is a small UK-based jewellery brand founded by Asmita. You can reach us at hello@naavijewels.com for any privacy or data questions.

What We Collect

• Contact info. your name and email address when you place an order or sign up for updates.
• Shipping details. postal address, so we can deliver your order.
• Payment. handled entirely by Square. We never see or store your card details.
• Site usage. anonymous, aggregate analytics (page views, device type) to understand what's helpful.

Why We Collect It

• To process and dispatch your order
• To send you order updates and tracking information
• To respond to your questions and provide customer support
• With your consent, to share occasional updates about new collections and bespoke pieces

Our lawful bases for this are contract (to take and fulfil your order), legal obligation (to keep the tax records we are required to), and consent (for marketing emails, which you can withdraw at any time).

Who We Share It With

We share only what's needed to get your order to you. That's it.

• Square. for payment processing. Their privacy policy is at squareup.com/gb/legal/privacy.
• Shipping providers (Royal Mail and similar). for delivery only.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to any third party. Ever.

International Transfers

Some of our providers, such as Square (our payment processor), are based outside the UK, so your data may be processed in the United States. Where that happens, we rely on their safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or equivalent standard contractual clauses, so your data stays protected to UK standards.

Order data is retained for 7 years as required by UK tax law. Marketing consent and email subscriptions are kept until you ask us to remove them. You can opt out of marketing at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by emailing us directly.
